Hi, I'm Michael.

These days, I spend most of my time on responsible AI to improve state & local government public services at Anthropic.

Before that, I worked on improving San Francisco and CA through electoral politics, founded a new model for early childhood education at Tinycare, and built a new university at Minerva Project.

As an immigrant and public school kid, my career has been focused on expanding opportunity.

I also love community. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, hosting karaoke and movie nights, and drinking too much boba.
