Hi, I'm Michael.

These days, I spend most of my time on responsible AI to improve state & local government service delivery at Anthropic.

Before that, I worked on improving San Francisco and CA through electoral politics, founded a new model for early childhood education at Tinycare, and helped build a new university at Minerva Project.

As an immigrant, public school kid, the through line of my career has been expanding opportunity.

I also love building community. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, hosting karaoke and movie nights, and probably drinking too much boba.
